Shipping Terms
Upon receipt of the products, the buyer must check their condition to confirm their compliance with the order. Otherwise, the buyer will file a complaint with the carrier upon receipt of the products, provided that verification was possible at the time of delivery. Any subsequent complaint must be addressed to the merchant, using the contact details available on their merchant page, or via the contact form. If after fourteen days from the date of receipt of the products, no confirmation or complaint has been received, the transaction is deemed perfect (excluding legal or commercial guarantee of conformity, or hidden defect). For any complaint in case of delay, total or partial non-receipt of the ordered product, the buyer is invited to contact the merchant from the agreed delivery date, and will be entitled to cancel their order unilaterally and without charge, in case of failure by the professional to fulfill their obligation. If a purchase is returned to the merchant for a reason such as "unclaimed" or "does not live at the indicated address," COMPANY informs the concerned buyer who must contact the merchant. The purchase will then be reshipped after agreement and payment of the corresponding fees. After a period of one month, without news from the buyer, the products will no longer be shipped, without this giving rise to a right to refund, exchange, or compensation. In case of receipt of a damaged or non-compliant package, the buyer will contact the merchant who will indicate the steps to be taken to address the issue: return of the product properly packaged or communication of photographs and any element allowing the detection of the anomaly, according to the procedures defined by the merchant. After noting the non-compliance of the product with the merchant's offer, the latter will proceed with an exchange with a product of identical or superior quality depending on its availability or will refund the purchase and the transport costs borne by the buyer. Tax Information The sale prices of the products include all taxes. Shipping costs are indicated during the purchase process, before the final validation of the order. They may vary depending on the chosen shipping method. Security and Confidentiality In accordance with French law "Informatique et libertés" n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you.
Returns and Refunds
The customer has a legal withdrawal period of 14 calendar days to return at their expense the products that do not suit them, without having to provide justification or pay a penalty. This period starts from the day of receipt of the product, or the last product delivered in case of orders of multiple products. When this period expires on a weekend, public holiday, or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day. This right of withdrawal also applies to discounted or clearance products. Products must be returned to us in their original undamaged packaging (otherwise, the return cannot be accepted), accompanied by the return number, as well as the delivery note or corresponding invoice, within a maximum of 5 days from the creation of the return. Returned products are subject to quality control before any decision is made. The refund of the product within 15 days. Processing and delivery fees are refunded only if the merchant's responsibility is proven in the delivery failure. Any claim must include details on the use of the item, the purchase date, and the location of the defective component. We reserve the right either to replace this item or to issue a credit note for the value of the invoiced price. Liability is limited only to goods supplied by the merchant and does not apply to damage, injury, or loss of income resulting from a defective component. Conditions for the application of the conventional warranty: the goods sold are guaranteed against any operating defect resulting from a material, manufacturing, or design defect, for a period of two years from the invoice date, subject to proper use of the product by the customer. The warranty is thus excluded if the defect results from a modification of the product, negligence, or lack of maintenance by the customer. Discounted items are neither returned nor exchanged, shower walls, shower cabins, bath screens, custom shower doors are neither returned nor exchanged OTITEC company reserves the right of 25 working days of delivery delay on custom products (shower cabin, shower wall, bath screen, bathtub, custom shower tray).
Conditions for Returning a Damaged Product
ATTENTION: You are with the delivery person and the package is damaged.
If upon receipt of the package in the presence of the delivery person you observe that the package is damaged, here are the steps:
1 - Make a reservation: if your package is slightly damaged, sign your delivery note with reservations and then accept the package.
2 - Refuse the package: if your package is heavily damaged, refuse the order and sign your delivery note stating the reason.
3 - Take a photo: place the products on the floor and take a photo of the issue.
4 - Send an email: with the mention "Delivery refused" as well as the order number to contact.otitec@gmail.com (within 3 working days max).
